How long until my order is shipped?
Generally it takes about 7-10 days for us to get your order packaged up and shipped out.
Do you ship internationally?
We will ship internationally, though shipping prices are quite high. Unfortunately we don’t have a way to make that cheaper and will only charge what it costs us.
Do the pots have drainage holes? Will water get all over?
Each Snappy Pot has a drainage hole. The drainage tray they come with keeps the bottom of the pot off the “ground” so there’s some air flow around the hole.
What about returns and exchanges?
We offer a 30 day, no hassle return policy. If you’re not happy with your order we’d like to make it right! Please contact us about your order at orders@snappypots.com.
Can I make a special request for snaps?
We love suggestions from our customers! We can’t guarantee that we will print all suggestions, but we do take every one into consideration as we make plans for future snaps. If you have a suggestion, please let us know by clicking here.
Why these sizes of pots? Will my succulents fit in them?
Snappy Pots are designed to work well with indoor succulents. The pots are designed to be shallow which succulents prefer. Most pots are too deep for succulents and can cause problems. The 1″ (25mm) pot size is perfect for propagating succulents from leaves.
Are these plastic? Will they biodegrade over time?
The pots are made from plastic PLA which technically is biodegradable, but only under really specific conditions. The pot won’t wear out from being watered. That said, they are designed for indoor use as sun and heat exposure outside can cause some fading and warping.
Can I use my Snappy Pots outside?
We recommend using Snappy Pots indoors. The plastic we use can begin to fade or warp in direct heat and sunlight. Extreme hot or cold can cause the pots to become more brittle and break. But they’ll work wonderfully indoors on a window sill or under grow lights.
We are looking for ways to offer more outdoor tolerant pots in the future.
