B. Store Return Policy. When you place an order through our store, we take every measure to make sure the products arrive without damage. Should you receive a damaged shipment (ex. broken bottle of olive oil),  please reject the shipment and/or inform us at [email protected]. We will track the original order and replace it. If the item is out of stock and no replacement available, we will arrange for a refund. Otherwise, we are unable to accept returns and do not provide refunds.C. Discount Codes. We may from time to time offer promotional discounts using promotional discount codes. These discounts will be subject to terms and conditions that will be issued with the codes.
